Art Church is a monthly container for deep inquiry, playful prayer and connection through clearly facilitated expressive-arts practices, including movement, art-making, writing and sharing.
Each month we work dynamically with the astrological and elemental season.
Rituals draw from the Tamalpa Life/Art Process, Body Ritual Movement, Vajrayana Buddhist ritual + meditations, of course, astrology.

Some fine print: Art supplies provided. Movement includes a range of gentle floor work, dynamic standing exploration, touch and weight sharing. All exercises can be shifted to accommodate your body needs and boundaries.
Class begins at 10am. No entry after 10:15. Class structure builds on itself, and late arrival both disturbs the group and deprives you of needed orientation.
Refund policy: Single class: Essentially~ if you show up, stay for a bit, but realize we aren’t a fit, I’m happy to refund you. However, if you pay but don’t show up, we can roll over your registration cost to a future class. Class packs by quarter: If you sign up for quarterly classes and need to miss a class, this is nonrefundable. If you come to the first class and decide we aren’t a fit, you can receive a full refund.
